For anybody who did a cam swap. Did you just remove the radiator or did you have to jack the front of the engine up plus the radiator to get the cam in and out for there?

I just pulled the radiator and condenser out as one unit from the bottom. Make sure to disconnect all the lines.

No need to pull the condensor it will rotate out of the way. This will save you some money because it's not cheap to refill.

My first cam swap, I pulled the radiator but not the condenser. I just swung the condenser up out of the way and bungee corded it to the ceiling.

My second cam swap, I pulled them both. It was easier pulling both of them and recharging afterwards (of course, it helps that I have a buddy with a vacuum pump and A/C recharge gauge ).

And I think '93 was the last year for freon? I *think* they went to R134a in '94... Would definitely be good to have the system discharged and change over (o-rings). I converted my wife's old '88 Mazda from R12 to R134a. It worked well...
