confuced over here ok if teh lt4 was in the corvett what other vehicles was it in, and pardon my dumnassness but i thought the hooked up vett had an lt5, wich one had the lt4???

The LT5 was in the ZR1 Corvettes from 1990 to 1995. The LT5 is a DOHC 32V engine developed by GM/Lotus specifically for the ZR1. They were rated at 385 HP from 1990-1992 and rated at 405 HP. 1995 was the last year of the ZR1.
The LT4 is part of the Gen II small block family ( which includes LT1 and L99 engines) and can be found in 1996 Grand Sport Corvettes and all manual transmissioned corvettes in 1996. There were also 100 SLP Camaro SSs and about 30 Pontiac Firehawks that recieved the LT4 engine in 1997. The LT4 was at rated (or should I sayunderrated ) at 330 hp.
