For speed density LT1s (92-93) there is none better than Alvin at PCMforless.

A few of the LT1 Impala guys have actually had both pcmforless and Fastchip dyno tune their cars, single digit differences more than attributable to the dyno itself, oh and we are talking even a juiced car putting down over 450/600 to the tires and still it was repeatable between the two guys 2-3hp. Just the fact that the dyno was that consistent is amazing you would expect dyno margin of error to put the results further apart than that. Both tuners have mailorder tuned cars then dyno tuned the same car to come up with less than 10hp more, you really can't go wrong there, or with madz28 either for that matter, haven't seen a lot of dyno reports on him but have had some limited dealings with him and found him to be good to work with.

no dyno tune my car made 406/401 with me just giving him the computer and him tunning it and giving it back.

been on the dyno and we had to stop cause of failed opti but last numbers where 422/414 std. corrected have not been back since then i really need to

Last spring when I dynoed my car the operator was very shocked pcmforless had nailed the AFR perfect on a mailorder tune, I should have mentioned that earlier. Honestly though I just don't think you can go wrong with any of the 3.
