Default Start up problems with an MSD6AL ignition box

Well I have a 95LT1 with an MSD6AL ignition box. Anyways, lately in the mornings when I try to start the car, sometimes it starts and idles like junk. Other times it takes a while for it to crank. And the past two days it would start and die right away. For any of the conditions I listed it runs absolutely fine after I start it up again. Any clue to what is going on. I pray this not a sign of the opti going bad but maybe a coil or MSD problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Read my post , MSD. My car would stumble@ certain rpms when almost full throttle, and delayed starting, and eventually would not start. I replaced my opti and had no luck. I was fooled because the coil was still giving off spark but was going bad. With the MSD it looked like the coil was still good. IT had a bright spark. Baffled me, so i took it to a dealer out of frustration. They are trying to steer me away from using the MSD and say it is not worth the problems for the small horsepower gain.
