Part of the problem is likely the Bosch thing, heard nothing but bad about their O2 sensors. Besides that I would probe the none working one and the other sides one and see what wire is the feed for the heater and if one side has power there and the other does not then check the cars wiring.

Oh, and with a good hookup you can get GM O2s for much less than you likely paid for that Bosch, last set I bought was from Combination Motorsports for $28 apiece, I am sure the price went up since then but not to the $50-60 I would guess you paid for a known problem brand part. Most people are very suprized to find out the OEMs can be had so cheap, thing is the average dealer charges the average customer about 100% markup , find a good source and all of a sudden OEM stuff can even cost less than parts store crap.

I would start checking the cars wiring for damage.

I'd have to check my manuals, but I seem to remember the pink being the voltage, and black being the ground for the heater circuits. You can check for voltage and a good ground with the key in the ignition position and the engine off. You may also need to do a continuity check between the PCM and the affected sensor.

Here's a link to the schematics for a 94 Z. Same difference as both are of course OBDI. Let me know if you have any problems.
