Pacesetter Headers

Pacesetters headers are installed and they hit the firewall. Actually just the passenger side barely rubs the bottom of the firewall,and I can't get the reducer on the drivers side due to a "brace" being in the way, the header doesn't come down far enough. Not sure what I'm gonna do about this. I might be able to cut either the collector or reducer shorter and make it fit. Anybody else had this prob?
Also, is it a must to get the LT4 knock module now that I have headers? Took it down the road after I got the headers on and it seemed to run kinda pitiful actually. Gotta get my duals and bullet mufflers put on this week if I get this collector problem straightened out.

Your car wasn't wrecked in the past was it?? With headers it only takes a small tweak in the structure to make things not fit well.
