my Buddy has a 96 LT1...her purchased a LT4 Hotcam Kit off of Ebay...

he wants to kno what he needs....since i have an LS1 i am unsure....i kno he needs a tune for sure...and most liekely headers (he has SLP Loudmouth)

are heads and intake a must or will tune headers and came do jsut fine?

 

it will install and run fine. should make 230RWHP with tuning

 

230? he should be around at the least 340. he'll need new springs

well if it came with the chain, all he would need to do is inspect his stock pushrods and if they are in good condition then he wont need anything. im curious as to if the gmpp roller rockers will clear the LT1 valve covers.
