Dave,

did you sell your car???? since it is in texas i will assume that you did! must've have been tough to let it go! glad to see you are moving on.

ok, who has the fastest LT1 with lt1/4 intake?

Chris,

were you running the stock lt1/4 intake on your passes? or is it something different all together. i am just curious.

I remember making 756rwhp first dyno session, went to the track 3 days later ran 145mph, leaned it out a touch, probably 765rw and went 147 mph. At 3400 lbs. Pulled the heads did a little valve touch-up, hit the track again 2 days later and it pulled a 152 off the trailer! (9.50's 1st time out, 9.30's 2nd time).
Don't forget I was running a carb (750)as I wanted just a plain & simple way to go fast and it worked great! I was running 10.20's the year before.

Thats Ricks car, its still an LT1 block and AFR 23 degree LT4 Heads, the intake is the only thing not "LT1 style." It'll be running tomorow at Clash of the Titans and at Thunder next week. Dynos dont mean **** true but that car went 9.38@149 on dope with the the old set up, dont mean nothing now since thats the old set up but to Rick's Credit, the car ran well. He knows how to set a car up to run good and so does every involved in putting that car out. It'll run good on that turbo, dont y'all boys worry about that.
