I have a 95 Z28 with some hp. I have seen people have trouble with the rear ends on these cars because they are so small. How much can they take before they brake and what is the best way to build them up with 4.11's, or should i just go tov a bigger rear end.

Assuming you have a 6 speed, as long as your not making any really high rpm clutch drops, or launching on slicks it'll last. It really depends on what kind of clutch you have though, but with automatics the rear ends are good for alot more power because the auto's send less shock to the drivetrain. Guy on the board with an automatic is running 10.40's@135mph with the stock 10 bolt, with a girdle.
As far as upgrading to better gears, it might help some but you can guarentee the 10 bolt will eventually break if your on slicks. Also gears REALLY wake these cars up, very noticable difference in the feel of the car.
The next best upgrade though would be a 8.8", 12 bolt, or 9 inch. In which your going to have to spend a nice chunk of change
