Default throttlebody?

is it worth paying the extra 200 or whatever for a monoblade? or would it be better to just go with a 58mm one? the engine will be na, maybe down, down the road i might put a procharger on.

I really don't think you will ever need a mono blade. 1300 cfm is a crap load. Remember that the intake won't flow that much air. I think a 58mm is pretty damn big and would really only see benifit on big inch motors that are spinning high.

you really dont need a bigger throttle body until you get in to some real high horsepower.....

with your mods right now a 52mm will be good. but if u plan on going bigger later like 400 r more rwhp go with the 58.

IMHO, the Mono blade isnt worth it, On top of that, Ive seen to many 400+ cars NA with as small as 52mm.

From my reading I gather it's good to upgrade to at least a 52mm TB when you start digging into mods. supposedly 48mm Tbs are good until like 4800rpm then they start building vacuum at WOT. The thread recommended a 52mm up till 6k rpm and there after a 58mm would do you..
