OK guys let's kill this one now.

STOCK in NHRA is NO WHERE near what we call stock! Light wieght cars with more money in the motor then our cars cost really has little to do with the numbers a real Street car should post

we are talking fully gutted purpose built race cars. Only carring the bare minimum NHRA requires to make race wieght. Hell a bone stock LT1 can run 11s this way

Oh yeah and unlimited duration with stock heads means alot. the cars are built for one thing and one thing only.
Trying to drive one of those on the street would not be much fun
