IT depends is the rest of the exhaust stock? If so it will sound a bit different. But if u already have 3 inch piping in there it SHOULD sound the same

Tips make a "tiny" difference in sound. Nothing all that noticable, esepecially with your LT, !Cats set-up.

I recommend you keep the stock flowmaster tips, I always liked the looks of two large tips over 4 tips. JMHO. They are probably over 100 dollars for the tips though.

You can find Borla rear sections with tips used, heck used Borla cat backs sell for 350 or so, you'll see them for sale every once in a while.

It will sound the same I bet. The borla tips go for $100 each about. Why did you change the SLP exhaust that came on the car?

175 Dollars , I just put the Adjustable catback system on my 95 Formula and I paid a little over 700 dollars for it. It's deffinetly ALOT louder than stock. When I installed it I put the "open" plate in so I have never heard what it sounds like with the exhaust going through the muffler(someday i'll put that plate in and see how it sounds) because with the open plate almost all of the exhaust bypasses the muffler. I think that your gonna love it. I live in New York so I have to put my car up for 5-6 months of the year .
The only positive is that I get to drive a 91 Ford Taurus all winter(it sucks!!!)
