Default gauge installation?

I have been wanting to install a air/fuel and a trans temp gauge and was wondering how difficult it is to install? thanks

well assuming you have a 4l60-e as long as you have a spot to put the gauge the installation is very easy. Most people I know put the temperature sender in the pressure test port on the driver's side of the transmission. It's as simple as removing the plug and installing the sender. Granted that your actual trans temp will probably be higher than what you read from the test port, it is a good enough to go by.

Thats the easiest way to install the trans temp gauge and the air fuel gauge all you have to do is splice into the wire or buy something like this.

Towards to bottom of the page you'll see rich lean gauge wiring.
