Nitrous Does anyone know what a safe shot of nitrous would be for an LT1 w/110000 miles would be? its just for now until i get enough money for my motor. It has a lot of miles but it was driven by an old man before me and was taken good car of.

Hahahaha, quite a bit. LT1's love juice. Definately go wet and a 150 will be great. It would be wise, however, to use a good box to retard timing, i.e MSD digital 6 or retard box. Jump up to the nitrous forum and the nitrous guys (sponsors) will help you out alot. As for the mileage, no worries, mate. But the tranny is on borrowed time.

I have 120,000 on mine and sprayed a 90 shot all last summer. I just tore the heads off for a cam install and everything looks great inside. Just make sure you get colder plugs. I don't know how much of a difference the ignition makes I don't have one and haven't had any trouble.
