2.02 1.60 head question I am in the process of prepping to port. Who here has 2.02 1.6 valves in LT1 castings? I want to know what is involved with the valve seats, and how close im bringing it to the limit.

As far as i know you can go 2.00/1.56 on the stock seats.(thats whats in mine) To go any bigger you would have to get larger seats installed. IMO those castings arent worth the expense of larger seats. I'm not saying they're bad heads, cuz their not (to a certain $/flow level) i'm just sayin their only worth investing a $ limit before you should go aftermarket.
