Default LT1 Rotating Assembly

Where can I find a stock displacement or 355 rotating assembly? Please list any websites and comments on any packages.

Try summit racing. I don't think they have a rotating assembly for stock displacement but i know they have one for a 355.

Thanks Firehawk dude, I guess i dont really know what im getting into. I want to re-build my motor and figured just getting the whole rotating assembly would be the best way to go. I'm not really looking to do anything crazy as far as horsepower build up, maybe just the lt4 conversion with the hot cam. As usual money is a problem, any sugestions on the best way to go here? If i do decide to go with a more crazy set up, how much can just a regular steel bottom end handle? Has anyone here done a set up like this?

Thanks,
Dave

For the price you pay for a whole stock rotating assembly you could buy a 383.

With a 383 stroker kit abviously I would need head work a cam and all that, is there any little things that no one really mentions that I would need? i.e. injecters, oil pump and so on? I'm trying to put together what the whole price would be and from looking around, the 383 is the way to go.

thanks

The little bit i know is just from recent research and posts on here. I'm also looking to do a forged bottom end on a 350, maybe a 383 not sure yet. So i can't tell you much. I do have a good thread to look at at camaroz28.com... LINK

Hope that helps.
