stock intake 90

stock intake 90 im making a custom intake for my lt1 motor so i will fit my chevelle better and i was wondering if there was a better way then just pulling out the sensor out of the stock 90 i dont want to wreck the part

Are you talking about an intake manifold, or an air induction tract?
Secondly, the stock 90 is? Im assuming you mean the rubber 90 degree elbow. In which case you could have one or two things stuck in it. The wired sensor is your IAT, which you can just tug on and it will pop out. You may or may not have a blue plug. That is your opti vent if you have it. It too can be pulled out.
If you arent talking about the 90 degree elbow, fill me in.
