Well to say all of this I'm assuming a .050 overbore with a 3.875" crank right? If so, why don't you look for the extra cubes through stroke and not bore? With that much of an increased stroke you're going to run into clearancing issues and cost. With the added bore you're going to be looking at wall thickness issues and cost.
Personally I wouldn't do anything besides the standard .030 over unless the walls needed it.
Also....are you posting this in the right section? You're asking about LT1's but your sig is an LS1???
