My Intro & 355/th350 project Hey guys,
Im Matt from Rockingham, NC. Im a manager with Precision Speed also, of Rockingham. Been lurking over here for quite a while. Been working with customers LS1 cars mostly but I recently aquired a 94 Trans Am with a forged 355 and th350. The car had issues upon purchase(bad opti, IAT, MAP and MAF) but the day after I got it, on the way to the shop she broke a valvespring. So, less than a week after getting the car, the engine is out for a little late winter "refresh" lol. Ive been picking up odd and end parts the guy shortcutted past on the original build. Car should be a strong runner. When all is said and done, hopefully around mid-late summer, she should be solidly in the low 11's or high 10's on motor. Plan to add the spray to it either late this year, or early next season.
This board seems to have a good bit larger knowledge pool than others and I look forward to expanding my knowledge as well as maybe even sharing some with others.

Looking forward to see how the rebuild goes. That's a good goal for sure, how's the rear end? You are going to need to cut some pretty good short times to help get you that low 11 to high 10 run.
