Default Gained .6 tenths and 5mph from Kooks LT's..

Old best:
14.679
97.147mph
R/T .788
60' 2.288

NEW BEST:
14.091
101.56mph
R/T .842
60' 2.364

TRACK CONDITIONS WERE WAAAAAAY BETTER BEFORE SOMEONE CALLS B.S. My old times were taken during summer here in AZ. My old best was ran at 10:00PM at 95*F.....last night it was about 65*F at 10:00PM. Same track..elevation is 1200ft.

Since old times I have added Kook's stepped 1 7/8" LT's with Kook's 3" ORY, a cutout, and lowered my car. Car is a 94 Formula A4 with 2.73 gears and NO traction I really wanted to hit the 13 second barrier.

Damn, thats one hell of a gain. Makes it hard to believe that you gained that much from just headers, but I will take you word for it.

Congrats!

It was 30* colder so I'm sure that helped a bit

Once I get some better tires and cut a 60' better than 2.3 I should be mid/high 13's....

BTW for comparison, Mid 90's 4.6 GT's and foxbody 5.0's were running 15's...there was only 1 other f-body at the track last night. It was a friends 99 z28...he has a whisper lid, m6, loudmouth and was running 13.5-13.8 at 103-104 with a 1.98 60'. At better tracks/sea level most LS1's with those same mods will run 13.1-13.3's at 107-108. This is just to give you an idea...

Get that 60' down and youll be mid 13's for sure with the same conditions. Stall, gears, and sticky tires will serve you well.

i didnt do too bad myself. on a stock 93 TA A4 on street tires (shitty FULDA's), i cut a 1.9 60ft, and made a 8.69 @ 79.9mph, in the 1/8th. the car is all original and has 160K miles on everything. didnt think that is too bad at all. havent run it in the 1/4 yet but im curious what it will run

Congrats man. Next on the list for you is a stall and some drag radials. Keep them 2.73 and go to a 3200 stall. Youll def. hit 13's then. Good luck.
