how does the gm847 do on boost
how does the gm847 do on boost I need to know how the gm 847 reacts under boost, and also if anyone would know what kind of power it would make with 9 psi. I know it's not the ideal cam for boost, but how is it for low boost pressure, like 4 - 6 psi?

Have Crane grind it on a 114 LSA and it will work much better. I spoke with them about that cam for use with a Vortec blower pushing 12 to 14 PSI. They say it will work fine with the appropriate heads and exhaust. But 14 PSI is the absolute maximum boost with that cam.
