Run 1 stock MAF. Run 2-3 descreened maf. Left the car strapped down and everything. Take it for what its worth...

All porting the MAF ends will accomplish would be messing up calibration. See my reply at post number 32 in this thread.

I wish people would try and understand how things work. It would result in a LOT less garbage being offered for our cars.

I am not saying MAF ends are necessarily garbage but the responsible thing to do would be too offer them with a cold air kit and proper recalibration tables. The Cold air kit because the tract which a MAF is installed in impacts the readings too. There are multiple OEM calibrations for the same snsor if the tracts are different.

whatever you do, when you clean your K&N (since about 90% of us have one), DO NOT use too much oil, otherwise it coat the maf wires with the oil and throw your readings off.....i would also recommend a cleaning once a year with some aerosol electrical component cleaner

Ok, well it sounds like when I go get my car dynotuned I should descreen and reinstall my stock MAF and take out my gmaf. My car did put down 300rwhp with the gmaf, and my a/f was good.

I would leave the screen in and reinstall the stocker.

Far as power and maxing it out, it will read up too 471gps and the car is tuneable beyond thatjust sort of tune it like speed density after the MAF is maxxed out.

There are a few guys running the ZO6 MAF. I'm surprised no one has mentioned that option. I will be running one once I get done with my single plane conversion. Yes, I will be heading to the dyno once its all together and running.

The ZO6 MAF can be difficult to tune and maxes out the LT1 pcms ability to understand it all the way down around 360gps. My car moves a lot more than that.

I am not saying it can't work I am saying understand what you are doing and the hows and whys.

No we just take the time to understand how things function, something you apparently completely ignore.

Never heard of it before. Definetely interesting.
I looked around the site for the tables which they say are available and could not find them.

If you look at the right hand column, and click on "Product Instructions", the first few links have tables for MAF and its schematics. It does look very interesting. I might have to give them a call and inquire about it.

I'm pretty interested in that 100mm MAF too. If those conversion tables for the LT1 work, then this product might be a cheaper way to get the same effect.
