Quick Mac header question

Any competent exhaust shop should be able to fab something for you though.
I'm new to this board, so forgive me if this is a breach of etiquette here, but I know that many members at camaroZ28.com have used 94-95 headers on 96-97 cars, so you might want to try a search over there. I think that there are other issues that you have to watch out for as well.
Forgive me for referencing the other site, but since this is mostly an LS1 board anyway, I figured it wouldn't hurt too many feelings.

I did notice a "seat of the pants" difference, although I have not put it on a dyno or taken it to the track to quantify anything. It was most noticeable in higher rpm's as the engine seemed to not run out of breath as early as with the manifolds.
From the stuff that I've read, the 1 5/8" primaries won't slow you down until you get above 400 rwhp or so. Advanced Induction has some dyno numbers with one of their head/cam packages that customers have sent in showing basically identical numbers with 1 3/4" primary longtubes and MAC 1 5/8 primary mids.
