where to get LT1 engine with warranty for decent price?

I found some websites like the one below that offer a stock factory motor for a decent price with warranty, whats your opinion on such sites?

do you have teh P.A.W. catalog yet? But you got them w/the warranty, and the 455 is only $200 more.
