Does anyone know the flow numbers on stock 94 lt1 heads?

My stock heads flowed:

Int: Exh:

60 46
119 93
170 123
198 141
206 153
200 156

That's .100-.600 lift.

Thanks, I am trying to figure out which cam to go with, maybe something alittle bigger then the hotcam.

XE224/230 isnt a bad pick for stock heads. Little more ***** than the hotcam, without loosing alot of bottem end like bigger cams.

Can you give me alittle more info? Cams I know nothing about. Where can I find it? Is that cam still streetable? Thanks

I am not sure as to I really don't know that much about internal engine componets. Any help would be great. What would be something to shoot for?
