PCV Hose question

Does anybody know the part number for the hose that runs from the throttle body to the top of the passenger side valve cover? Mine seems to have dry-rotted.

you know you can always throw a breather on the valve cover and cap the port off on the TB. I had the Part# laying around the house but I can't find it. I'm sure it's cheap enough, or someone could prolly give you their old one.

I was thinking about the whole breather thing but I did some research and some people recommend against it, something with the PCM having to over compensate or something. The breather would probley look cooler but I figure why take the chances of having something else going wrong on my car.
