Default spring suggestion

need a suggestion on springs to use on a .620+ lift cam with LT1 heads that use stock seats. ideas? recommendations?

.620+? k-800's which can handle up to .700. They also don't require machining the head, either.

Aries, I used a spring from a local valvetrain parts company that is for solid and hyd rollers that will support .675 lift. Contact me if you would like more info. With the stock spring seats you can probably get away with not machining as the spring is 1.437 but with my comp spring seats I used a little clearancing was required.
