Default Engine Build up question

Hey guys, Got 2 quick easy questions.

1) What is the torqe spec for apr head studs ?? I lost my sheet

2) Is there any type of seal that goes under the fiting that the oil filter screws too. The metal part that has its own little screen and is held in by 2 bolts. I did not take it a part so i was unsure about this.

Thanks for your help
Micah

On a side note, I think i have found the OPTI SPARK KILLER.
The cam is able to move in and out, (A LITTLE) i think that when this play gets to be exccessive, That the dowel pin from the cam starts pushing in on the opti , thus pushing the rotor into the cap and causing a failure.

1) For my ARP-134-4001 / 190,000psi studs, the torque spec is listed as 65lbs-ft for aluminum heads. That's using their moly lubricant and/or thread sealer. If not using aluminum, then the specs change to 70lbs-ft with their lubricant, or increase that to 85lbs-ft when using 30wt engine oil as a lubricant. Follow the standard/factory torque sequence.

2) There is no gasket on the oil filter adapter. Just bolt it up.
