383 stroker fit LT1???

383 stroker fit LT1???

OK sometimes you will see a company selling a 383 stroker kit, but it doesn't specify it is fits the LT1. Are all 350's the same?

if i read that right your asking if all kits are universal..well..no..buying a kit for a 2 piece main seal 350 wont fit in a 1 piece rear main seal..depending on what company your talking about..most will sell a kit for lt1's..specifically..

If the 'kit' specifies that it is for either Gen II small block, or one-piece rear main seal, then it will work with an LT1.

They also make a seal adapter in which you can run a two piece seal crank on a one piece seal block. GM Performance Parts has them for about $100-$150. Can't really remember.
