Default Pacesetter y-pipe w/ cat

Hey all, my question is I plan on purchasing the Pacesetter LTs with the Pacesetter y-pipe. The car needs to be Illinois emissions friendly so I need to put cats on the car. Do you think I can customize the y-pipe and fit it with a pair of cats from Carsound, part number 94109? Thanks for any help offered in advance.

I would say not the drivers side at least because it has a flat spot for the cross member. Your best bet would be to just put it on at the end of the y pipe.

i catted my pacesetter y-pipe with those cats. i've noticed you had a 97 also. unless you go to the testing station that checks for cats you don't need them put some sims in and let the plug in and check the "readiness status" and you'll be done.
