Post Scanmaster worth the money?

I keep looking at this thing with my finger on the buy button but I just can't see dropping $250+ on something so small? I mean what kinda uses can this thing have besides just reading codes and stats?

Its a very good tool to have in car. Especially if your car is blown or running any kind of power adder. and even if your not it beats having to have alap top in youe car scanning. Id recomend the black box to anyone.

Scanmaster at $250 or AutoXray EZScan 4000 at $250.

EZScan! cuz the scanner can ready any OBD2 cars codes. plus it can log 28 frames of data from .5 to 5 second intervals. with an additional peice of software from them $50 then you can download a graph that data on a PC.

I like the 3000 model, it seems to do almost everything the Scanmaster can do but you don't have the advantage of a little black box you can tuck away in your ac vent.

I have a scanmaster, It's good for telling you exactly when you're throwing knock as you do it. Plus its small, and easy to mount in your line of sight instead of having to look over at a laptop, mine is under the guage hood, so all I have to do is look down when I'm driving to see what the car is doing as far as 02 voltage and knock count. I know that when i was running at the track, I threw 4 degrees of knock in 3rd and 4th gears on my 13.525 run in my sig.
