My buddy bought a 95 Trans Am auto last summer. It has 100,000 miles on it and runs strong, no problems but when he starts it, it takes about 5 to 8 seconds for it to turn over and start. My guess is the optispark needs to be changed... What do you guys think?

 

I would be checking fuel pressure first.
