That dude is a driver. He bracket races that car (foot brakes it) and wins a lot of races running the "top" brackets against the 7 second dragsters with delay boxes, cross-over boxes, and the rest of the electronic crutches.
He was runner-up in a $10,000.00 to win (He got $4,000.00 for runner-up) "gambler's" race, week before last. Three rounds were against 7 second rails.
Been tuning that one since '97 or '98. Rick told me the high was about 70 degrees last weekend up there. Wish we had some of that weather down here. This 95/100 degree stuff sucks. Makes an old fat man sweat.
