how can you remove it?

its bolted to the side of the block

not hard from the bottom i believe, might have to take out the starter..

it was a pita to take off on mine, lots yanking, bending, turning, plying... eventually got it... another pita to put back in.

This thing seems to give people so much trouble, but I just yanked mine out and put it back in with ease.

I had a bad oil leak with mine and I had to take it back out and filled the hole with silicone and stuck the tube back in it so it would seal around it. That finally fixed it.

I didnt take the bolt out, i broke it haha. I replaced with a new one. All I did is sand the end that slides into the block.

mine broke during the headers install and there was a piece sticking out about an inch...never fixed iot yet just placed the old one on top of the broken one and its all good no leaks..but if u get it out u can get a new one from summit or jegs thats flexiable and so its a lot ewasier to put it back in
