Default LT ground clearance pictures needed

I need pictures of how much ground clearence you have with LT's. I need to prove to my dad that I won't lose a whole foot of ground clearance by using LT's.

I was wondering if anyone had pictures of the car on an even surface with a picture showing the clearance of the headers. A picture of the underside of the ca [on a lift] showing the headers and y-pipe. I also need pictures of the y-pipe running over/under the transmission cross-member to prove that you don't have to cut the cross-member.

I don't have any pictures, but I can say that my Pacesetter LTs and ORY-pipe probably do not cost me an inch of ground clearance more than the cross-member. My 95 Formula is not lowered. I have not scraped the headers or y-pipe in the 2 months since installing them.

I dont have any pictures of my LT clearance. But i can tell you that i too, have not scarped my y-pipe or pacesetter headers since may when i put them on. My car WILL scrape the enginge crossmember before the headers! ( i know, i have done it on a couple occassions ) BTW my car is lowered, 2".

Here is a pic of how low it is

That's the best I can do. Those are Jet Hot long tubes with the JH y-pipe mated to a Hooker catback.

I have the Pacesetter y-pipe. It does not come coated. It has a flattened spot to help it tuck up to the uderbody structure on the driver side, immediately behind the header. Mine actually tucked up a bit too close, so I had to put in a spacer there.

I was just curious because I was thinking about getting some Pacesetter longtubes, and I've heard that sometimes the y-pipe will rub right on the bottom of the car.

I am running pacesetter y-pipe also. Mine doesnt rub on the floorboard or anything. My advice is get new motor mounts while your in there. To make everything fit properly.
