Rear Main Seal

Im gonna do a 396 Stroker for my LT1. There seems to be options like a 1 or 2 piece rear main seal. Which should I get, what does the stock LT1 have?

stock is one piece. there are enough parts out there nowadays to stay with a one piece on a 396.

stick with a 1pc crank & rear main seal, the two piece is not worth the pain and effort to prevent leaking.
