Fan temps for 160Tstat?

What temps do you set your fans to turn on with a 160Tstat? Stock is about 226F and 235F. I was thinking of just bumping both down by about 20 degres to about 205F and 215F. Is that about right? too high or low?

Mine are set at 190 and 205, they will come on low speed in traffic but it has never gotten warm enough to turn on high speed.

my low speed is set on @178 and off at 172 and high speed is set on at on @ 185 and off at 180 car never runs hotter then 190 on a hot 90 degree day it usually sits around 180-185 while crusing
