Should I get an adjustable FPR or a non adjustable? I have custom tunning so what would I need to adjust it for or would it be a good thing?

NO use the tuning to adjust fueling, there are a very limited number of circumstances where an adjustable regulator is a good idea on these things and if you have to ask if yours is one of them they it isn't.
With that and the ruined MAF in your sig it would be near impossible for Bryan to put a good mailorder tune in it.

What do you mean ruined MAF? And what does that have to do with the tune? Just asking cause I dont have the slightest. By the the way the Ported MAF came with the car when I bought it.

Porting a MAF ruins the calibration, the system is setup based on the original internal size making that larger means going back to the drawingboard on figuring out exactly how much air is getting through. Messing with fuel pressure can make injectors act larger or smaller, either way it makes a tuners job much more difficult.

The Maf works by trying to keep tiny resistors at a set temp and reporting to the pcm exactly how much electricity it takes to accomplish that and the pcm is programmed with tables to translate that into air flow grams per second. If you port it then the same amount of air travels slower not cooling the resistor as much and the MAF reports it as less air to the pcm then the pcm uses that FAULTY info to make fueling commands. A tuner can get the pcm translation tables back to correct but it is time consuming and should really be done with the aid of a wideband O2. That said most of the tuners are too nice a guys and don't make a point of telling people this stuff and just end up making you a "safe" tune which if anything has a little extra fuel to keep the engine safe. If people ask before doing things like this they will tell them don't but once it is done they wont say much and will just do like I said and send a safe tune. Most people aren't open minded enough to ask questions like you did and blindly defend their mistakes(I realize you bought yours like that), pride can be a bad thing when people need to stop listen and learn.
