If not hot cam, then what?
I want to order a cam kit and headers this weekend, but honestly dont know what to go with. All I know Is I want the most power I can get from a stock LT1 auto 3:43, I want to be very streetable "no cutting off or any of the other problems that come with very large cams, And I dont want to have "ANY" clearance issues with my headers or Off road Y pipe.
I need to know If I should keep the AIR and EGR? there will be no emmission testing Issues.
Basicaly I want the most power I can get with out the pitfalls of modding my car
Please help!!!!

Try Pacesetter LT's with no emissions. They are inexpensive and I haven't heard anything bad about them yet. Wish they were out when I bought headers. As far as cam goes, don't just buy one--do a little homework. If you're running stock heads, they say Comp 224/230 is a good choice. Otherwise, you might wanna call Comp or Crane and ask for a recommendation.
Honestly the LT4 hotcam is a pretty good piece.. has just a little lope to it, acts like a stock cam, and makes decent power, while also keeping incredible torquiness.. I have myself ran 11.74 @ 112 with it in my car in the past, but stepped up because its not nearly big enough for an all out race car.
