y-pipe help

y-pipe help i just bought jet hot LT headers, but was a dumbass and forgot to get a y pipe. this crappy island doesnt have any good domestic part stores, so i would have to order it. so i cant even use my headers until the y-pipe comes in. I'm bought to move to virginia and does anyone know about emissions laws there? I might have to get replacement cats but I dont know. what y pipes are some of you other guys using with what headers and exhaust? and are you running cats or no? ANY help greatly appreciated
