I dont understand those numbers or what they mean, someone help me out, thanks alot
224/236= would be your duration and how long the valves stay open.
510/530 as you know would be the lift on the intake and exaust side. LSA would be you lobe seperation angle.

224= duration the intake valve stays open
236= duration the exhaust valve stays open
510= itake lift (check with the cam manufacturer to see if the lift numbers are 1.5 or 1.6 raocker ratio)
110= Lobe seperation angle (the number of degrees in which the intake and exhaust lobe centerline fall on)
to acheive optimal performance, you must select a cam that coplements the mods you have on your car. Too small a cam and the car will not realize it's full potential, too big a cam will make it a dog. They are also selected by rpm operating range as well as forced induction or N/A.
