Off Road pipe Is this MAC off road pipe that replaces the cat a slip fit?

If not, do I need to have it welded in or something, I hope not because I want to be able to put the cat in for inspection and I do not want to buy headers. Also what would I need to do with the O2 sensors? thanks!
