Where to get tranny mount
Where to get tranny mount So i know i have broken my tranny mount, but i dont know where to get a polyurethane one. I know Energy Suspension is what everybody gets, but i went to their site and cant find a tranny mount to fit a 94. Can some one help me out and tell me where i can find one. Thanks

why do that when you CAN get ENERGY SUSPENSION tranny mount from autozone for 23.00 . dont make much sense to pay 30 for the same one from jegs

I called jegs and they said they dont carry energy suspension tranny mounts to fit a 94, the same thing my local mechanic shop said. So whats the deal. Energy suspension does make mounts for a 94 right?

Verdad Gallardo unless my 96 and my cousins 98 are freaks...then it is the same standard tranny mount that gm v8 vehicles have used since the 70's. i went to autozone...went to the isle that has the bushings and pick 2 up for what i said above, they are the same mount that his 4.3 s10 uses too, got to autozone

you can also get it from summit racing if you are feeling lazy.. they have it.. it uses the same mount as the 700R4, no diffrence. i rememerb a speed shop told me that about my old 97 z28 that it wouldnt work... it bolted right in..
Order this part number from energy suspsension (3-1108) and do your research on what you have to do to make it work. They stopped making that mount for our years because chevy changed the height on a couple of years and then went back to the original height.. Most guys are installing the mount without the metal spacer and shaving the two nubs from the mount. That should take care of any unwnated driveshaft vibration. FyI.. I went thru three autozone and checker mounts in two months!

I would not put those POS on anyones car. our local autozone carries ENERGY SUSP. they have the gm mount for late model V8 cars for 23.00, i just figured all of them did. i am in albemarle nc and my cuz is in winchester tenn, and they have it as well but who knows.
