Default More Oil cooler questions

I am going to replace the stock oil cooler setup on my '94Z, should I just block the radiator and water pump nipples, or run a line between the radiator and water pump

Just junk tht pos and get a filter adaptor for an 85 chevy pu and bolt it on. Then just connect the water lines end to end with an adaptor like you would use for a heater core bypass. You could also go straight to the source of whre each hose comes from and run a new line with no splices.
