Question Pistons

Does Anyone Knows If Regular 350 Flat Top Pistons Would Work On A Lt1 Engine. ORIGINAL PISTONS ARE FLAT TOP AND DONT HAVE SKIRTS AND REGULAR 350 PISTONS ARE FLAT TOP AND HAVE SKIRTS. CAN ANYBODY HELP

They will work, however, the LT1 pistons have short skirt to allow high rpm operation with less friction and also the 350 pistons would be a little heavier so it would be better to rebalance the crank.

Your LT1 pistons are great pistons... Mahle makes them... I didn't know much about them but have learned why GM had them build them on the LT1 and LT5 yeah the LT5 too... so they are good pistons that can take a beating if you can get the skirts.

Yes, just about any small block Chevy 350 piston will work in an LT1.
