You're attributing 6/100th's of a second to this and telling people it's "worth it"?

Im not saying thats the thing that gave me a better time, whynot could be right. Maybe it was just because of nice weather. But even if it was .06, how is it not worth it? It takes about 10 seconds to do. I dont know, just my opinion.

Did you do all your runs with the plug out? or any with it in as well? post up some time slips. And btw, i think its a pretty stupid idea. why dont u just put a bottle of compressed air infront of the filter and spray that!

Personally i think it helped
Unfortunately i dont know for sure because all 3 of my runs were with it out because i was happy with how it was running. Im going back out in two weeks for practice runs. I should get about 5-6 runs in seeing that all day you get to just test n tune your car. Ill do 3 without and 3 with the sensor and then post up a thread.

The IAT sensor was not put there just to make your car go slower. It is there for a reason, just like every other fuel injected car out there. I would not do this.....

I forgot to plug back in the IAT sensor in my car once and I noticed a big time difference. It killed gas mileage (I mean a lot like 10 mpg in the city).

You don't take the damn thing out, you just unplug it. What the hell are you people talking about unfiltered air? The aren't anyone holes in it, it is a plug, an electrical socket sits in the way.

The car chirped every time I shifted the 3 days I left the sensor unplugged.

I agree where did the hp go??? Was it running REALLY lean with the sensor off, timing? Why the hell did it feel so much faster?
