Default Getting Headers. Cat-back question

I just ordered a set of coated Lt pacesetters, with the matching Y-pipe. (Should be here within a couple days) All I have right now, is a flowmaster on my car with the cat removed. I know my headers and Y-pipe should just bolt right up, from what I understand. Although, do you guys suggest anything else I could do to make it a little more free flowing, or should it be fine? I really don't want to spend the money on a whole cat-back system, if it's not going to really make a noticable difference. I'm happy with the flowmaster, but should I get a bigger pipe or anything? I'm not planning on doing any "heavy" future mods, so lets not look at this as a long term 400hp thing. Thanks a lot.

-Jay

Isn't the American Thunder 2.5" and the Pacesetters 3"? You'll need to get a reducer pipe.

american thunder is 3 in cat back to muffler, then you can get either duel 2.5 or single 3 in out.

I'm not sure what an american thunder flowmaster is. The flowmaster came with the car when I bought it. I took it to a muffler play and they told me it was an 80 series I believe. So, whatever that is...Well, I'm glad that a lot of you think I will be fine. I thought so too, but I just wanted to make sure.

if they just replaced the muffler, then the stock pipe after the cat is 2.75", but if you throw a cut out in right before the stock pipe, then you can open it when you want to have that little extra kick, of sound and flow, you could even get an eletric one, or a vacume accuated cut out so you don't have to crawl under the car.
