Removed side moldings and Blackbird stripes
I finally pulled off the side moldings off the car for more of a clean look. They were a bit faded as well. I also put a set of charcoal metallic Blackbird style stripes on. I'm on the fence with this one. Not too sure if I like it or not yet. Your comments are greatly appreciated. Please be gentle

I pulled the molding on my 3rd gen and thought it was a big improvement. but the lines on the 4th gens don't make the moldings stick out as bad... I'm undecided on removing molding on the 4th gens, on or off, it looks good to me both ways. I'll probly leave mine on...

Looks great! I'm going to pull the trim off the side of my TA when I'm ready to paint the car. The car is bright red, but the trim is a faded pink color, and in spots, the paint has worn through on the trim. It's also a major PITA to clean/wax around it too.

Damn, that car looks clean as hell and I love silver TA's. Good choice on both appearance mods, this is the first lt1 I've seen going with the blackbird stripes, I've been wondering how that would look.
