Default At a loss with this miss

Here's the quick story:
Trans went out. Sent it off for a rebuild. In the meantime, I installed a new optispark, spark plugs, cat back, and electric water pump along with new hoses. Also sent computer off for a reprogram for my new stall converter.
Installed transmission when it came back, and the car ran like a turd. Missed like crazy.
Looked under the hood one night, found all my plug wire boots leaking and grounding to the head. Ordered new wires.
Installed new wires all day today, the bitch still has a miss! What the hell is going on? Looked under the hood, no arching from the wires from what I can see (still daylight). Could the plugs be fouled up? I pulled one, and it still looked pretty new.

Also, I do have a roller rocker clacking pretty bad on the passenger side. Would that cause this problem?

I'm ready to burn this bitch down!

You sure you havent crossed a couple wires? Its not hard to do by any means. As for the rocker, Id just lash the valves again and see if that fixes it.

Thanks. Checked things out last night after dark. The new chrome wires from elitesparkplugs.com are arching all over the place. Everytime I see one arc to another, the motor stumbles real bad. I hope new wires will fix this for good. I'm getting tired of all this.
