Default Racing with Stock Stall and 3.73s

I havn't been to the track in good weather yet, but I havn't been able to match my best 60, that I acheived with 3.32's and street tires. I've got 3.73's now and have raced a few times on et streets and drag radials but havn't been able to get anything lower than the previous best 60 foot.

I've been wondering if the few hundred lower rpms that I'm having to leave at now are causing this and was wondering if anyone was able to get better 60's with 3.73's and a stock stall vs their 3.23's.

Putting a higher stall, just like changing gear ratios effects your torque multiplcation. Either one will help you lunch quicker, the only issue is having the proper suspension/tire to take advantage of the harder launch. Dont go too high on the stall becuase it will effect your trap speed.

So races from a roll, the HIGH stall will have more slippage and you most likely will be slower.

Just saying pick the right stall for the setup, and like gearing , the stall should be the last thing picked because it will determine the overall setup (engine, drivetrain, suspension etc etc)
